Shanda is a Jill-of-all-trades with 22 years in the industry. She has been a salon owner for 12 years and have been doing hair extensions for 19 years—certified in a wide variety of extension types. She has also paid her experience forward, having spent 18 years educating in traveling, hair shows, salon classes, and as an on-stage platform artist at shows.

Besides being the lead stylist, Shanda loves to empower her fellow stylists to be the best version of themselves. She is fueled by the idea of building a better beauty industry by affecting the world around her.

Drue has been The Colour Bar rockstar esthetician since January 2021. She specializes in lashes, brows, waxing and makeup application. Regardless of the service, Drue strives to fulfill clients’ service request while making sure that they are comfortable through the process. When she's not at the salon you can find her hanging out with her friends and family enjoying brunch at a local diner for the bottomless mimosas.
